Blueberry Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soft shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 qt. berries
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat the berries with sugar.
    Thicken with cornstarch and water.
    Pour thickened berries over crumble mixture in pan.
    Press the remaining crumble on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm with whipping cream or ice cream.
