Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    5 oz. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/3 c. fine chopped onions
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix margarine, onions, water and broccoli and cook until dry. Add cheese, soup, milk and rice.
    Simmer until cheese is melted. Pour into greased casserole dish and top with 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers, mixed with 1/4 cup melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
