Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
3 Tbsp. powdered milk
enough water to make a thin batter
Preparation

Mix together, but don't mix to much. Then fry on medium hot griddle till done on both sides.
You can double this recipe.
