Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes (figure about 2 for each person)
    1/2 stick margarine
    milk
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil until they fall apart when stick with a fork.
    Drain.
    Beat potatoes with a mixer on high speed until smooth.
    Add margarine and beat more.
    Gradually add enough milk to make potatoes fluff and not stiff.
