Russian Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    10 c. water
    1 tsp. whole cloves
    1 or 2 cinnamon sticks
    2 family size tea bags
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    orange and lemon slices (optional)
Preparation
    Bring to a boil sugar and 8 cups water.
    Add cloves and cinnamon.
    In a separate saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Remove from heat and add tea.
    Steep about 5 minutes.
    Combine both mixtures.
    Just before serving, add orange and lemon juices.
