Spoonbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
2 sticks melted butter
1 large and 1 small can cream-style corn or 1 1/2 (14 oz.) cans
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until lightly brown on top and firm to the touch.
