Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 c. thick white sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Make thick white sauce: melt butter; slowly add flour. Stir often.
    Gradually add milk; when smooth add 2 cups grated cheese. Stir until cheese is melted completely.
