Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 or 9-inch square baking pan. Melt butter over low heat.
    Mix together cocoa and sugar, then stir in the melted butter.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Stir again.
    Now add the flour and salt; mix until smooth.
    Do not overmix.
    If you want to add chopped nuts, now's the time to do so.
    Pour mixture into the baking pan and spread evenly.
    Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until the brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan or a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the brownies.
