Jellied Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. lime-flavored gelatin
1 c. pineapple and peach liquid
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
2 c. boiling water
2 lb. cottage cheese, unreamed
Preparation

Line two 8 x 8-inch pans with freezer wrap or foil.
Allow enough extra wrap to fold over top.
Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in fruit liquid.
Stir in cheese and fruits.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into each pan.
Chill until firm.
Makes 12 servings, about 3/4 cup each.
