Broccoli Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    green onions for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes; cut off tops and scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
    Sprinkle cavities of tomatoes with salt and pepper. Invert on wire rack to drain 30 minutes.
