Holiday Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf sourdough bread, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. sausage links, cooked and cut in 1 inch pieces
    5 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Beat thoroughly milk, eggs and mustard.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan layer bread cubes, cheese and sausage.
    Pour egg mixture over all and refrigerate overnight.
    In the morning, pour 1 can soup mixed with 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
