Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. flour
1/3 c. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. shortening
Preparation

Place flour in a large bowl; stir in baking powder, salt, cream of tartar and sugar.
Cut in shortening until evenly distributed.
Store in airtight plastic covered container.
It will keep up to 6 months at room temperature.
