Mexican Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. very lean ground beef
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers.
    Add curry powder and flour. Gradually stir in milk and tomato sauce.
    Heat until bubbly.
    Add meat and simmer 45 minutes.
    Spoon over noodles or rice.
