Barbecue Hamburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Brown meat, celery and onion in skillet.
Add other ingredients and salt to taste.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve on hamburger buns.
Very good and easy to double.
