Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. New York State sharp cheese, grated
    4 sticks corn oil margarine
    4 1/2 c. plain flour
    3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    salt (several dashes)
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese and margarine together.
    Add flour, pepper and salt.
    Blend well.
    Squeeze through a cookie press onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 dozen straws.
    These freeze great.
