Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
    butter
Preparation
    Beat in order given.
    Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Shut off oven and let stand for 1 more hour.
    Remove from oven and let cool completely before removing from pan.
