Shrimp Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/8 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 medium onion, chopped
    small bit crushed garlic
    2 c. crushed tomatoes
    okra (fresh or frozen)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute celery, green pepper, onion and garlic in small amount of margarine. Stir in chicken broth, tomatoes and sliced okra. Add spices; add any you like with shrimp.
    Simmer for awhile.
    Add shrimp and cook just until pink.
    If not thick, add 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
    This is especially good in the summer using fresh veggies.
