Smoky Cheddar Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
8 oz. smoky Cheddar, shredded
1 slice onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire (more or less to taste)
dash of Tabasco sauce
milk
chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Whip
the
first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth. Add small
amount
of milk if needed to ease blending.
Chill until firm enough to handle.
Form into ball.
Roll in chopped nuts.
