Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 large chopped bell pepper
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. chicken stock
    1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Set aside. Cut chicken into cubes.
    Put in bowl.
    Add cornstarch, soy sauce and vinegar.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Combine next 5 ingredients. Drain chicken.
    Coat in batter.
    Stir-fry in small amount of oil.
