Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium peppers
    2 c. hamburg
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Cut tops from the peppers.
    Scoop out the seeds and core.
    Boil the peppers 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Fill with stuffing made of the meat, egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and onion.
    Place in a deep baking dish.
    Pour soup and water over peppers.
    Bake about 30 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
