Hearty Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. magarine
    3 (13 1/2 oz.) cans College Inn chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) cheese tortellini
    1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    shredded chicken
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, saute crushed garlic in margarine.
    Add chicken broth and tortellini and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add spinach, tomatoes and 1 or 2 breasts of chicken, shredded (optional).
    Add oregano and pepper. Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese, crusty bread and a fruit salad.
    Easy and delicious. Great for Super Bowl Sunday!
