Creamed Spinach With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spinach
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    dash of nutmeg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain and chop.
    Melt butter and saute mushrooms.
    Blend in flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper, then slowly stir in milk.
    Stir until thickened.
    Add spinach and heat well. Makes 6 servings.
