Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. mixed vegetables
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped finely
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed real fine
Preparation
    Cook mixed vegetables about 20 minutes and drain.
    Mix all ingredients, except crackers.
    Put in a baking dish.
    Put the crackers on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crackers brown a little.
