Stuffed Potatoes With Crabmeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 baking potatoes
    1 pt. half and half
    1 can crabmeat (fancy white)
    1 stick butter
    salt
    white pepper
    3/4 c. green onions
    2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Put potatoes in oven at 450\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until done.
    When done, take a knife and cut a round circle on the potato and scoop out the inside; save the shells.
    Mix potatoes, butter, salt, pepper and half and half in large mixing bowl (add the half and half, a little at a time, until it has the consistency of mashed potatoes).
    Next, stir in the green onions and crabmeat.
    Place back into the potato shells and top with cheese.
    Put back into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Very elegant and is great with a steak.
