Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
10 to 12 egg whites (1 1/4 c.)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites and salt until foamy.
Add cream of tartar. Beat until stands in peaks.
Fold in rest of ingredients.
Bake for 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
