Ingredients

1 c. (1 pkg.) chocolate bits
1 1/4 c. Carnation milk or light cream
2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. brandy, rum or vanilla
Preparation

Put chocolate bits in blender and pour over them the scalded milk.
Add egg yolks and flavoring.
Pour into demitasse cups. Chill at least 2 hours.
Top with whipping cream (or Cool Whip). Serves 10.
