Onion And Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 lb. canned or fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded and strained
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes or until onions are soft.
    Serve garnished with 1/2 egg (hard-boiled) and toast triangles on the side.
