Lemon Rub Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    3/4 stick butter (3 oz.), melted
    juice of 3 lemons
    grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes (knife comes out clean when inserted close to center of pie). Very tart. Great after a fried fish dinner.
