Tuna Tofu Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 blocks tofu, well drained
    1 (6.5 oz.) can flaked tuna
    3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 c. shoyu (soy sauce)
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    bed of lettuce or alfalfa sprouts (optional)
Preparation
    Cut tofu into 1/2-inch cubes and place in serving dish.
    Layer tuna, tomatoes and green onions on top of tofu cubes.
    Combine shoyu, lemon juice, salad oil and sesame oil.
    Pour over salad. Serve immediately.
