Garlic Dijon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. dill weed, celery seed, oregano and basil
    2 minced scallions
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Shake together and store.
    Yield: 3/4 cup.
    Double or triple as needed.
