It'S Better Than Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    8 radishes, sliced
    1 cucumber, diced
Preparation
    Cook rice; transfer to bowl and chill.
    Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, mustard and salt to chilled rice.
    Mix well. Cover and chill.
    Stir in remaining ingredients before serving.
