Rosy Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. juice (from canned pickled beets)
1 c. vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 medium bay leaf
2 tsp. mixed pickling spices
1/2 tsp. salt
12 hard-cooked eggs
1 small onion, separated into rings
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine beet juice, vinegar, 4 cups water, garlic, bay leaf, pickling spices and salt.
Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several days. Makes 12 pickled eggs.
