Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (6 oz.) wild and white rice mix (Uncle Ben's)
    2 cans (7 3/4) king crab or crab substitute
    2 lb. frozen or fresh shrimp or 4 cans, drained
    3 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/3 c. grated onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimento
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed, only drier.
    Rinse and drain crab and shrimp.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 4 quart casserole. Combine all ingredients in casserole.
    Stir to mix well.
    Bake uncovered 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Can be made day ahead.
    Serves 12.
