Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, cubed
    2 onions, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 small can tomato juice
    1 pkg. French's beef stew seasoning
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    6 carrots, cut into 1/2 pieces
    potatoes, cut in quarters (as desired)
    1 c. Burgundy wine (optional)
Preparation
    Add enough water to tomato juice to make 2 cups liquid.
    Bake covered at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
