Roll Out Cookie Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add baking powder and flour, one cup at a time.
The dough will not be very stiff.
Blend last in by hand.
