Coon Dogs (Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
    1 small box Bisquick
    10 oz. coon or extra sharp cheese
    few drops of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Let sausage come to room temperature.
    Mix dry Bisquick and sausage with hands.
    Melt cheese in double boiler; add Tabasco sauce.
    Add cheese to sausage mixture; mix well.
    Shape into teaspoon-sized balls.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. (May be made ahead of time and frozen, then baked without thawing.)
    Serve hot.
