Chicken Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. shoyu
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. red pepper, crushed
    2 Tbsp. Mazola oil
    4 c. sliced vegetables, cut thinly
    2 cloves garlic
    3/4 lb. chicken strips
Preparation
    Stir
    the
    first
    5 ingredients in a bowl until smooth; set aside.
    Place
    1
    tablespoon oil in pan;
    cook vegetables and garlic on high heat 3 to 5 minutes, until crispy.
    Remove. Heat remaining
    1
    tablespoon
    oil
    in skillet.\tAdd chicken; stir-fry 4 minutes.\tAdd vegetables and cornstarch mixture to skillet; bring to boil for 1 minute.
    Makes 4 servings.
