Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 large can fruit cocktail
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, baking soda and powder.
Blend with a whisk.
Drain fruit cocktail and set aside.
