Snickerdoodles Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar together.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Add oil; mix.
    In a separate bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Gradually add flour mixture to the first mixture.
    Mix cinnamon with 3 tablespoons sugar.
    Form dough into balls, using 1 teaspoon.
    Roll in cinnamon and sugar.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
