Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    12 oz. bacon
    1 large onion
    2 (16 oz.) cans red beans
Preparation
    Cook bacon and break up into bite-size pieces.
    Put a small amount of bacon grease into skillet to cook the onion.
    In large pot add cooked rice, cooked bacon and onion.
    Add red beans and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
