Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 acorn squash
    6 tsp. margarine
    6 tsp. brown sugar
    6 sweet sausage links
Preparation
    Halve squash lengthwise.
    Scoop out seeds.
    Fit squash halves together again or cover each with plastic wrap.
    Microwave for 5 to 8 minutes on High.
    Turn over whole squash or rotate and rearrange halves.
    Microwave for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and add brown sugar, margarine and sausage in each half.
    Cover with plastic wrap; microwave 5 seconds.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Serves 6.
