Old-Fashioned Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 celery rib, chopped fine
    1 carrot, chopped fine
    1/2 c. finely chopped scallion
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2/3 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. minced parsley
Preparation
    In large heavy skillet, cook onion, garlic, celery, carrot and scallion in butter.
    Cook until carrots are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and 1/3 cup ketchup; cook for 1 minute.
