Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. peeled, sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
pie crust
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Preparation

Beat together the sour cream, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, salt, vanilla and egg. Add apples with cinnamon. Pour in pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
