Golfer'S Stew(5 Hour Stew) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. stew meat
5 to 6 potatoes, chunked (1-inch)
3 to 4 carrots, chunked (1-inch)
4 celery sticks, chunked (1-inch)
1 onion, chunked
2 1/2 to 3 c. V-8 juice or tomato juice
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation

Combine meat and vegetables in large casserole dish.
Combine juice, salt, sugar and tapioca.
Pour over stew.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
