Savory Topped Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 lb. frankfurters, split lengthwise
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. green onions
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash potatoes; add salad dressing, beating until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, celery, onions and pickle; mix lightly.
    Season to taste.
    Fill franks with potato mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
