Baked Squash Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. leftover mashed potatoes
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen cooked squash, thawed
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 1-quart casserole; set aside. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; blend well.
    Spoon into prepared casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, or until lightly browned and heated through.
    Makes 4 servings.
