Pecan Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1 lb. chopped pecans
    6 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put wax paper on bottom of cookie sheet.
    Beat egg yolks (yellow part of egg) with sugar and vanilla until white, then add chopped pecans in mix.
    With a teaspoon, place mix on cookie sheet that is covered with wax paper (3-inch standard size cookie).
    Set oven to 300\u00b0.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    (Cookies should look white.)
