Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. mushrooms, sliced and slightly cooked
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm) or 2 boxes Stove Top stuffing
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded or sliced thin
    3/4 c. water
    1 stick butter
    1 c. half and half cream
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Wash, slice and cook mushrooms slightly (5 minutes).
    Drain.
    Melt butter in water.
    Combine with stuffing mix.
    Layer mushrooms, cheese and then stuffing in a 13 x 9-inch buttered casserole dish.
    Repeat, ending with stuffing. Dot with butter.
    Just before cooking, pour over half and half.
