Tuna Or Salmon Things - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can salmon or tuna
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    hot oil
Preparation
    Drain fish, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
    Put fish into bowl, break apart.
    Add flour and slightly beaten egg.
    Mix well.
    Add baking powder to liquid, beat with a fork until foamy.
    Pour into fish mixture.
    Mix well.
    Drop by teaspoon into hot oil until brown.
