Loaded Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    3 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Place in a Dutch oven; cover with water.
    Boil until tender.
    Drain and place in a very large bowl (or back in Dutch oven).
    Add sour cream, milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
    Beat on medium-low speed until light and fluffy. Stir in 2 cups cheese, the bacon and green onions.
    Transfer to a greased 3-quart baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
    Serves 14.
